Always problems, problems with website and points, problems with orders placed, internal communication issues with online orders, etc. Customer Service from male employees 2 stars at best. Customer service training and/or staffing with employees that actually care about this medical business would’ve kept me as a paying customer. It’s sad. Thank you.
